FORTIGEL® is a branded ingredient from GELITA AG: collagen peptides obtained from bovine collagen through enzymatic hydrolysis. During hydrolysis, collagen is broken down into shorter peptides.

How do I take Collagen Peptides FORTIGEL®?

Consume 10 g (2 scoops) daily with plenty of liquid (250 ml), preferably in the morning before breakfast. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

How long does one can last?

Bovine collagen or fish collagen - what’s the difference?

Ich habe mich für dieses Kollagen entschieden, weil ich regelmäßig Krafttraining mache und meine Gelenke langfristig unterstützen möchte. Fortigel® war für mich dabei ein wichtiger Punkt, weil ich bewusst ein Produkt mit bioaktiven Kollagenpeptiden gesucht habe. Ich nehme jeden Morgen eine Portion und nach einigen Wochen hatte ich persönlich das Gefühl, dass sich meine Gelenke nach intensiven Trainingseinheiten etwas angenehmer anfühlen. Der Orangengeschmack ist frisch und nicht zu süß, deshalb kann ich es problemlos jeden Tag trinken. Das Pulver löst sich außerdem gut in Wasser auf.
