Was ist MST® Amino Complex?

MST® Amino Complex sind Tabletten mit einer Mischung aus L-Leucin, L-Isoleucin, L-Valin, L-Lysin, L-Glutamin, Beta-Alanin, Taurin, L-Methionin, L-Phenylalanin und L-Tryptophan. Die Packung enthält 90 Tabletten.

Aminosäuren Tabletten für Kraftsport – welche sind empfehlenswert?

Achte auf die Aminosäuren in der Zutatenliste, die Tagesmenge und die Packungsgröße. MST® Amino Complex kombiniert BCAA mit weiteren Aminosäuren wie Lysin, Glutamin und Beta-Alanin in Tablettenform; für BCAA allein gibt es BCAA 1000 mg und BCAA Huge.

Wie nehme ich MST® Amino Complex ein?

5 Tabletten pro Tag mit ausreichend Wasser, am besten vor oder nach dem Training. Die empfohlene tägliche Verzehrsmenge darf nicht überschritten werden. Nahrungsergänzungsmittel sind kein Ersatz für eine ausgewogene und abwechslungsreiche Ernährung und eine gesunde Lebensweise.

Wie lange reicht MST® Amino Complex 90 Tabletten?

Bei 5 Tabletten pro Tag reicht die Packung 18 Tage. Für längere Zeit gibt es die Packung mit 300 Tabletten.

BCAA Tabletten oder Aminosäuren-Komplex – was ist der Unterschied?

BCAA-Tabletten enthalten nur Leucin, Isoleucin und Valin. Amino Complex enthält zusätzlich weitere Aminosäuren wie Lysin, Methionin, Phenylalanin, Tryptophan, Glutamin, Beta-Alanin und Taurin.
