Recommended dosage:

Take 4 capsules (1 serving) with plenty of liquid (300 ml), preferably before and after a workout. On days without training, take 4 capsules with plenty of liquid (300 ml) in the morning after getting up and in the evening before going to bed. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake.

Essentielle Aminosäuren in Kapseln – was ist MST® 9EAAs?

MST® 9EAAs sind Kapseln mit neun Aminosäuren: L-Lysin, L-Leucin, L-Phenylalanin, L-Valin, L-Isoleucin, L-Threonin, L-Tyrosin, L-Histidin und L-Tryptophan. Eine Portion (4 Kapseln) liefert 4188 mg Aminosäuren. Die Packung enthält 200 Kapseln.

Worin unterscheidet sich 9EAAs von BCAA?

BCAA enthalten nur drei essentielle Aminosäuren (Leucin, Isoleucin, Valin). 9EAAs enthält zusätzlich Lysin, Threonin, Histidin, Tryptophan, Phenylalanin und Tyrosin, also ein breiteres Aminosäurenprofil.

Wie nehme ich MST® 9EAAs ein?

4 Kapseln (1 Portion) mit reichlich Flüssigkeit (300 ml), vorzugsweise vor und nach dem Training. An Tagen ohne Training 4 Kapseln morgens nach dem Aufstehen und abends vor dem Schlafengehen. Die empfohlene tägliche Verzehrsmenge darf nicht überschritten werden. Nahrungsergänzungsmittel sind kein Ersatz für eine ausgewogene und abwechslungsreiche Ernährung und eine gesunde Lebensweise.
